This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management (PM), guide the technical direction, and mentor a small team full-stack engineers. What You Will Do Own the architecture and technical direction of Inbolt Studio and related web services Design and develop front end and back end features for customer-facing applications Build and scale APIs, data models, and real-time data flows for industrial use cases Integrate computer vision and robotics features into reliable, production-grade systems Define and enforce best practices on code quality, testing, and observability Investigate and resolve production issues with a strong focus on robustness and UX Work closely with Product Management to shape the roadmap and refine specifications Mentor and support full-stack engineers, perform code reviews, and drive technical alignment across the team Voir plus Profil recherché What We Are Looking For 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, including at least 2 years in a lead or staff role Strong experience in Python 💪 for back end development Solid front end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Experience designing and implementing APIs (HTTP REST, gRPC) and data models Experience with real-time or data intensive web applications Comfortable owning projects end to end, from design to production Fluent in English. French is a plus.
