• My mission as lead QA of several projects inside Chanel actually is BFF ,I am the responsible for thequality and QA activities as well as coordinating with the teams and also contributing of ensure automationand monitoring QA to ensure successful MEP Manage and coordinate quality activities: the definition of testing strategy, test Plan, test effort estimation, Testprogress, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with all teams Dev, Products Owners, Business, release Manager and conduct test process fromAcceptance testing , UAT , TNR ,E2E tests, Test Performance.
• Contribute to the definition effective QA strategy and ensure its implementation on the projects handled by theteam.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Creation & management of dashboards on Jira to identify areas for test process optimization.
• Establish Test report with Atlassian’s tool and bring conclusion about progress of QA activities to improve it.
• Lead team of QA engineers and train juniors’ profiles to ensure best testing practice in projects & to enhancetheir skills.
• Team management on the different QA axes and preparation of the workload plan to the feature teams whereQA engineers are assigned.
• Automation of several tests cases with selenium & Unirest Coordinate with automation teams and monitoring of releases to be fully automated , sharing backlog &defining priorities to be automated Follow up of Quality assurance emergencies of QA fields by rising bugs , qualified them and prioritize them inbacklog Maintenance & monitoring of automated tests launched actually and following up to enhance it Overview and eager about the latest tools in the QA field especially usage of IA and introduce it into our daily process.
